How this calendar works
- Scheduled: a date or trial window is supported by a court record or attributable reporting.
- Date pending: the prosecution is active, but no trial date is currently confirmed.
- Continued: a prior setting was moved; we preserve the superseded date in our research database.
- In trial: jury selection or trial testimony has begun.
- Concluded: verdict, plea, dismissal or other final trial-stage disposition has occurred.
Selection criteria: Jaded Evidence prioritizes cases involving unusual forensic or medical questions, mental-health defenses, filicide or child death, family or intimate-partner homicide, suspicious or allegedly staged scenes, no-body prosecutions, major digital evidence, institutional failures, death-penalty litigation, juvenile defendants, retrials and other issues where careful evidence review matters.
Trial dates can change with little notice. A listing here is not a prediction of guilt or outcome. Charges are allegations; defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
