Jaded Evidence — Facts Over Speculation

BREAKING NEWS | UPDATED OCTOBER 13, 2026

Jaded Evidence has added four developing cases to the nationwide case watch. The cases involve two children who died in an RV fire, the killing of a pregnant woman and her unborn child, the fatal shootings of two brothers during an alleged custody visit, and a Texas death investigation that began with a reported domestic dispute.

Evidence note: Criminal charges and police allegations are not findings of guilt. Details reported by family members are identified as such, and unresolved forensic or relationship questions remain open until supported by official records.

Mavryck Len and Skylar Jayne Chambers: Liberty County RV-fire deaths

Location: Cleveland / Liberty County, Texas
Current status: Their parents, Meaghan Michelle Herrod and Matthew Allen Chambers, are each charged with two counts described in current reporting as felony murder. Each is reportedly being held on a $1 million bond.

Mavryck Len and Skylar Jayne Chambers died in an August 11 RV fire. The Liberty County Fire Marshal’s Office later announced charges against both parents following an investigation conducted with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office and Liberty County District Attorney’s Office.

ABC13 separately reports that the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services confirmed prior agency involvement with the family. That confirmation does not establish what was reported, whether any allegation was substantiated, or what protective action was taken.

What remains unresolved
  • What alleged act or omission forms the felony-murder theory?
  • Where were the parents when the fire began?
  • What did investigators determine about the fire’s origin and cause?
  • What was the nature and outcome of the prior DFPS involvement?
  • What do the charging affidavits and autopsy findings establish?

Public reports also conflict on the children’s ages. Jaded Evidence will use their names until an official record resolves that discrepancy.

Noelle Clark and her unborn child: Vail, Arizona

Location: Vail / Pima County, Arizona
Current status: Noelle Clark’s husband, Joseph Jay Clark, faces two counts of second-degree murder involving Noelle and the unborn child. A $1 million bond has been reported.

Pima County deputies responded to the family’s home on October 9 after a reported domestic disturbance. Court-document reporting says investigators allege that Joseph Clark beat and stabbed Noelle in the children’s bedroom, dragged her through the home, and ran over her in the garage. Their two young children were found unharmed and were placed in the custody of Arizona’s Department of Child Safety.

Investigators reportedly recovered a bloody knife, a belt, blood and drag evidence, and tire marks. These are allegations summarized from court records; the underlying complaint and medical-examiner findings remain essential.

Why the early reporting needs clarification

The initial sheriff-sourced account described an apparent gunshot wound. Later court-document reporting describes blunt-force, stabbing, and vehicle injuries. Jaded Evidence is not resolving that conflict without the complaint, autopsy, and an official correction or explanation.

  • What is the official cause and manner of death?
  • What findings support the charge involving the unborn child?
  • Was there documented domestic-violence, protective-order, custody, or child-welfare history?
  • Has any mental-condition defense actually been raised in court?

Reported statements about electronic torture are not a psychiatric diagnosis and do not establish incompetency or an insanity defense.

Jimmy and Osmani Gramajo: Pico-Union child killings

Location: Pico-Union / Los Angeles, California
Current status: LAPD confirms that two children were killed and the suspected shooter was hospitalized in custody after an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. A filed charging status has not yet been confirmed.

LAPD says officers responded near Venice Boulevard and Catalina Street at approximately 12:49 p.m. on October 11. Two wounded children and a wounded man were transported from the scene. The children later died.

Family and local reporting identify the victims as brothers Jimmy Gramajo, 4, and Osmani Gramajo, 11, and identify the hospitalized suspect as their father, Adolfo Gramajo. Their mother told Univision that the shooting occurred during a custody visit. That account remains family-sourced until confirmed through family-court or investigative records.

What remains unresolved
  • Has the suspect been medically cleared and formally charged?
  • What was the legal custody arrangement?
  • Were there prior threats, protective orders, stalking, or domestic-violence reports?
  • What do the autopsies, ballistics, and scene evidence establish?
  • How did the suspect obtain the firearm?

Early reports conflict on whether the older child was 10 or 11. The age of 11 is attributed to the family report pending official confirmation.

Elizabeth Cervantes: Howard County, Texas

Location: Howard County, Texas
Current status: Zyon Gonzalez has been charged with murder and is reportedly being held on a $2 million bond. The Texas Rangers are assisting the investigation.

Howard County deputies received a reported domestic-dispute call at approximately 9:27 a.m. on October 12. Deputies found 38-year-old Elizabeth Cervantes dead on her living-room floor. Authorities say Gonzalez was located traveling north on U.S. 87, did not stop, and was taken into custody after a pursuit and PIT maneuver in Dawson County.

What is not yet established
  • The exact relationship between Cervantes and Gonzalez.
  • Cervantes’s official cause and manner of death.
  • The injuries and scene evidence supporting the murder charge.
  • Who made the domestic-dispute call and the complete timeline.
  • Whether there was prior domestic-violence, protective-order, stalking, separation, or custody history.

The phrase “domestic dispute” does not by itself establish that the parties were spouses or intimate partners.
